You may need to move a conversation from one inbox to another if it was received in the wrong place or needs to be handled by a different team. This ensures the right people can see and respond to the conversation efficiently.
Move Single Conversation
Follow these steps to move a conversation:
Open the conversation you want to move.
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the conversation header.
Select Move to another inbox from the dropdown menu.
Choose the target inbox.

Once selected, the conversation will be instantly moved to the chosen inbox.
Troubleshooting
Conversation not visible after moving: If you move a conversation to an inbox you do not have access to, it will no longer appear in your view. Contact an admin or a teammate with access to confirm the move.
Notifications: The new inbox members will be notified based on their notification settings.
Accidental move: If you moved a conversation by mistake, open it from the target inbox (if you have access) and move it back to the original inbox.
