Steps

  1. Access your Cloudflare account using your credentials.
  2. Once logged in, navigate to the website you wish to whitelist the IP address for.
  3. Click on the "Security" tab, then choose "WAF" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Within the WAF menu, locate and click on the "Tools" tab.
  5. In this section, you'll need to input the ThriveDesk IP address into the designated field. Ensure that the action is set to "Allow" and the zone is set to "This Website". Additionally, it's helpful to add a note such as "ThriveDesk App IP" for future reference.

    ThriveDesk IPs: 20.68.187.3220.68.186.235, 20.117.184.59

    Repeat this step input all IP address individually.
  6. After entering the IP address and specifying the action, zone, and adding a note, click on the "Add" button to confirm the whitelist entry.
  7. Congratulations! You have successfully whitelisted the ThriveDesk IP address.
