Manual chat installation on Joomla 3 default template

  1. Log into your Joomla admin panel and go to ExtensionsTemplates.
  2. Find site template which you use in the template list (it’s marked with the yellow asterisk). 
  3. Open it by clicking it's name from template column
  4. Choose index.php in the menu on the right.
  5. Copy the widget code from the Assistant editing screen.
  6. Scroll template code to the </head> tag, paste the code and press Save button.
  7. Done!

Helix Ultimate

  1. Log into your Joomla admin panel and go to Extensions → Templates.
  2. Click on default template anme(it’s marked with the yellow asterisk). 
  3. Click Template Options button
  4. Click Custom Code menu and paste Assistant code on Before</body> field.
  5. Save and your are done.

Gantry Framework

  1. Log into your Joomla admin panel and go to Components → Gantry 5 Themes or Extensions → Templates.
  2. Click on default template anme(it’s marked with the yellow asterisk). 
  3. Select Base Outline from global presets.
  4. Go to Page Settings tab and paste Assistant code under Head Properties > Custom Content field.
  5. Save and you are done.

T4 Framework

  1. Log into your Joomla admin panel and go to Extensions → Templates.
  2. Click on default template anme(it’s marked with the yellow asterisk). 
  3. Click Global Settings menu > Custom code and paste Assistant code on Before</body> feild.
  4. Save and you are done.
